The principle of successively vacuuming the concave and convex die is to first fasten the plastic plate on the concave die for heating, then move the heater away after softening, and then blow compressed air through the punch, while the concave die vacuuming makes the plastic plate bulge, and the punch is inserted downward into the bulged plastic plate and evacuated from it, at the same time, the concave die is filled with compressed air to make the plastic plate stick to the outer surface of the punch for forming, This method can be used to form deep cavity plastic parts because the softened plastic plate is blown out to extend the plate before forming, so the wall thickness is relatively uniform.

After the product is produced, it is connected together in one piece. The product should be separated first with a big knife, and then folded in half. Generally speaking, the upper and lower knife dies are used for punching and folding blisters. After folding in half, the punch is used to directly cut off the peripheral materials of the folded product, which is a finished product of folding blisters.
