Ganzhou blister packaging workflow has the following points:
1. Mold making and processing, Use a 1-2 mm drill to drill many small holes in the low recesses that do not affect the appearance of the product packaging. If it is a product such as a packaging box, it is also necessary to drill some small holes on the four sides so that the air can be pumped out during the blister production. After the mold has drilled the holes, it is also necessary to harden the gypsum mold, which is soaked in concentrated alum saturated solution and dried- Dongguan blister box.
2. After the mold is processed and dried completely, install the mold onto the iron plate on the upper layer of the vacuum chamber, load the plastic sheet into the applicable size according to the size of the mold, and then put the sheet into the heating wooden cabinet to make it completely fixed, and then place the wooden cabinet and the plastic sheet on the constant temperature furnace for softening treatment.
3. Place the softened plastic sheet together with the wooden cabinet in the vacuum chamber, turn on the suction switch, and suck the air in the vacuum chamber clean. After the plastic sheet is cooled, the same concave packaging or process mold as the mold can be obtained.
4. Blister packaging finishing; Trimming and finishing the produced products are finished products, which can be sold after packaging.
