PET double bubble shell is sealed by ultrasonic heat sealing machine. Due to the limitation of ultrasonic machine process, it can only be sealed in spot shape, so it cannot be completely sealed. However, this packaging method is environmentally friendly, and the cost is lower than PETG.

Generally, buckles and grooves are used to butt the blisters on both sides together. The feature of this kind of blister is that the packaging equipment can not be used for later packaging, but it is not suitable for heavier product packaging.
